PRIMARY CARE MARKETING SPECIALIST

  • Leads primary care marketing strategy and planning efforts in the Midwest (IL & WI / Advocate and Aurora) Georgia markets (Navicent and Floyd). Maintain relationships with local marketing teams and track all marketing project activities with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and completeness of project entries in project management systems.

  • Manage the PLL Retention Campaign, the juggernaut campaign of our system. Led integration into other markets of the system, making it a multi-market campaign. Report conversion rates, program performances, provide insights into campaign effectiveness; and identifying areas for improvement by developing additional components.

  • Measure ROI and create detailed metrics reports on the progress of marketing campaigns, utilizing analytical tools and methodologies to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.

  • Analyze marketing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leveraging data visualization techniques to create dashboards that drive business decisions and strategic initiatives, ultimately contributing to organizational growth and success.

  • Provide leadership around running and operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting and scheduling.

  • Manage store’s daily financial objectives (plan sales) while ensuring register tills are balanced.

  • Brand and Creative: Assisted in the development of clear brand voice for Project Pray and services provided to assist in the design of marketing materials, advertising and additional collateral.

  • Website Management: Design and content management of several websites - ProjectPray.org, AlivePublications.org,
    PrayCOG.org  and more

  • Digital Marketing: Content manager of Social media (Facebook and Twitter) for Project Pray, COG Prayer Ministry, P. Douglas Small and affiliates.

  • Email Marketing: Responsible for developing weekly, monthly and quarterly eNewsletters (Constant Contact) to different markets and audiences regarding: services, upcoming events and promotions.

  • Project Pray has a publishing arm, called Alive Publication, which published books and maintained an online store.

  1. Main point of contact for authors from initial contact to the completion of their book, and distrbution.

  2. Responsible for the layout, design concepts of books, study guides, teaching sheets, Whitepapers, and Powerpoints for P.Douglas Small and other authors through the publishing arm of the business, Alive Publications.

SR. MARKETING MANAGER

Phase 3 MC is a 15+ year marketing, printing and PR agency based in Atlanta, GA. Worked with ProMach, LS Energy, Berry Global, Red Classic and other multi-million dollar client companies while employed as Sr. Marketing Manager.

  • Served as the day-to-day client contact and Phase 3 account representative

  1. Managed client relationships to ensure growth of the account

  2. Responsible for providing financial oversight and effective budget management

  3. Responsible for the development of documentation to communicate with client and internal team, like - project briefs, proposals, job requests, and creative briefs.

  4. Became an authority on client’s business and maintained communication with client while working on or in between projects to maintain positive relationship. Understanding of client goals and able to articulate a vision for the client from the start to conclusion.

  • Managed & led all communications with all internal departments: traffic, web development, creative, accounting, etc.

  • Mentored and oversaw the Asstistant Marketing Mgr & Marketing Coordinator. Ensure there was adequately tracking and managing project financials on a monthly report to Marketing Director and internal team.

  • Ability to work autonomously and solve problems of client and the internal team to ensure we were able to achieve the
    intended goal.

  • Supervised 2 graphic designers and oversaw daily tasks of Digital Marketing Manager

  • Reported directly to EVP of Marketing & Business Development

  • “Chief Brand Officer” & Project Manager: Developed and refined communications strategy, which includes the branding of NSi corporate brand and product sub-brands in print and packaging. Manager of integrated promotional campaigns.

  • B2B Marketing: Design concept through production of marketing materials for all National & Key Account to buying group marketing programs; and company advertisements for national industry publications.

  • Press Releases: Responsible for writing company press releases and distribution to industry publications.

  • Digital Marketing: Strategic execution of brand on mobile app and through social media presence with the aim of increase footprint & strength of presence across all platforms, including: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter done by the Digital Content Manager.

  • Project Manager for the biggest account, BB&T. Provided customer service to any BB&T employees inquiring about their orders or any other concerns.

  • Typeset each letterhead and envelope orders. 

  • Assisted in bindery, packaging of orders and shipping of orders

  • Assist company by filling in the gaps and being a team player during its time of transition (printing to marketing company).
